After design and installation finished on this south Atlanta property the owner affixed a sign on the gate to the back yard that read “Welcome to our vacation home”!

This 2008 MALTA Merit Award winning project sports a custom pool on a very steep lot, pond-less waterfall with integrated boulder staircase and children’s play area. The client requested a tropical look so cold hardy palms, canna lilies, grasses and perennials were used to provide the lush look they were after.  The front foundation plantings were upgraded with better color contrasting lower maintenance materials and annual flower beds. Later a fenced entryway with gas lanterns was installed and landscaped incorporating existing oak trees into raised beds.
